At the beginning of 1925, everything is in full swing. Prohibition is still being ignored by most people, young adults are still horrifying their elders with their crazy dances and racy outfits, and technology is getting better every day. In the lives of the Italian mafia however, things couldn't be more complicated.
Charles Moretti has just died, leaving control of the Moretti family (and the most prominent mafia group in the New York City area) to his son Leo Moretti. Now is the perfect time for the Giordonos and Santorinis to strike. All bets are off and the game is on. Will Leo be able to maintain control of the ever changing world of the mafia? Or will Alessandra Santorini be able to prove that women can run a mafia as well as men can when she takes over first place? Or will it be the underdog that takes the city by storm - Claudio Giordono, the most pathetic mob boss that ever was.
How will everything unfold as the three mafia families vie for control? Will you pick a side and help their cause? Or will you get in their way and end up swimming with the fishes? Or will you fight on the side of justice and work to take them all down as a member of the NYPD?
